Coffee Farm

We have been hopping around from one hill to another hill to meet the farmers and learn the characters of coffee beans they plant in the Northern Thailand. Thailand is located in The Bean Belt. There are many provinces having hills, (‘Doi’ in Northern Thai dialect), where reach at altitude of 1,800m above sea level. Chiang Mai is one of those provinces. The soil, the humidity, the amount of sunshine and rainfall, etc. are varied at different altitudes. Let’s explore the never ending tastes of Chiang Mai.
